Jack Ternan is the managing attorney and founding member of the Ternan Law Firm.
In addition to overseeing the operations of the firm, Mr. Ternan practices law in the areas of Appeals, Business & Commercial Litigation, Other Civil Litigation, and Mediation & Arbitration.
Mr. Ternan has represented clients with complex legal disputes at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts and before arbitrators and mediators. He has the experience to effectively and efficiently advocate the interests of local clients in any forum across the country, and he can serve as local or lead counsel for clients with disputes pending in Collin County, Texas.

Mr. Ternan grew up in Plano, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife and three children.
Prior to starting the Ternan Law Firm, Mr. Ternan was a partner at Bickel & Brewer, now known as Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors. He has been named a “Texas Rising Star” in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 by Texas Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters service. Mr. Ternan serves on the Finance Council for St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church and, in 2012, Mr. Ternan was the Democratic candidate for Texas Senate District 8.
